Itineraries
Day 1
Osaka
Arrival at Osaka/Kansai International Airport (or Itami Airport). After immigration and customs clearance, you'll be greeted by an English-speaking assistant and transferred to your hotel. Remainder of the day at leisure. Overnight stay.
Day 2
Osaka – Nara – Kyoto
Breakfast and visit to Osaka Castle. Afterwards, we will depart for Nara to visit Todaji Temple with its enormous Buddha image and Sacred Deer Park. Lunch. Depart for Kyoto in the afternoon. En route, we will visit the Fushimi Inari Shinto Shrine. Arrival at the hotel. Overnight stay.
Day 3
Kyoto
Breakfast. City tour including Nijo Castle, Kinkakuji Temple, and Heinan Shrine (garden entrance not included). Lunch, then free time and return to the hotel at the client's own expense. Overnight stay.
Day 4
Kyoto
Breakfast and free day for the optional excursion to Hiroshima and Miyajima. Overnight stay.
Day 5
Kyoto – Nagoya – Magome – Tsumago – Takayama
Your suitcases will be taken directly to your hotel in Tokyo. You should pack carry-on luggage for the next two nights.
Breakfast and transfer to the station for the bullet train to Nagoya. Arrival and visit of the post towns of Magome and Tsumago, on the old Nakasendo Road. In Magome, we will take a walk, and in Tsumago, we will visit "Waki Honjin," an old samurai inn. Picnic lunch included. Departure for Takayama. Arrival and start of the city tour, which includes the old Kami Sannomachi Street. Transfer to the hotel.
Typical Japanese dinner and accommodation in Luxury and Superior categories. Dinner and accommodation in Standard category.
Day 6
Takayama – Shirakawago – Nagoya – Hakone
Breakfast. Departure for Shirakawago for your visit. We will visit one of the traditional "Gassho-zukuri" houses. Lunch. Transfer to Nagoya Station for the bullet train to Odawara. Arrival and transfer to Hakone. Enjoy a typical Japanese dinner and overnight stay at a ryokan (Luxury) or dinner and overnight stay at a Western-style hotel (Standard and Superior).
Day 7
Hakone - Tokyo
Breakfast. During our stay in Hakone, we will visit Hakone National Park, including Lake Ashi, where we will take a mini-cruise. We will board the cable car. Lunch. We will depart by road for Tokyo. Arrival and visit Tokyo Tower. Transfer to the hotel. Overnight stay.
Day 8
Tokyo
Breakfast. City tour including the Asakusa Kannon Temple with its Nakamise shopping arcade, the Meiji Shrine, and the Ginza district. Lunch followed by free time and return to the hotel at your own expense. Overnight stay.
Day 9
Tokyo
Breakfast and free day with the opportunity to take an optional excursion to Nikko. Overnight stay.
Day 10
Tokyo - Hometown
Breakfast. At the scheduled time, transfer to Narita International Airport (or Haneda) with a Spanish-speaking assistant. End of our services.

- In Luxury Category, they sleep 1 night in Hakone in a Japanese room with tatami flooring and futon.
- In the standard category the double bed is not available.
- The triple room will be a twin room with an extra bed. The third bed can be smaller or a sofa bed. Not recommended for adults.
- Only one bag per person is allowed (maximum 23 kg). There is a 3.000 JPY (approximately 25 USD) surcharge for each additional bag per person/shipment. Payment is required in Japan.
- Your luggage will be transferred directly from Kyoto to Tokyo on day 5 of the tour. You must bring carry-on luggage (max. 10kg) for the overnight stays in Takayama and Hakone.
- It is the passenger's responsibility to carry their valid documents, passport, visas, and any other requirements that may be required by immigration authorities in each country. Please check with your country of origin.
- People with tattoos are not allowed to enter the onsen (hot springs).
- If you have a stopover in Japan, please allow at least a three-hour delay between your international and domestic flights to avoid missing your next flight. In most cases, passengers will need to collect their luggage and check in again for their domestic flight (please check with your agency and/or airline).
- Program and/or additional service reservation deadline: 21 days prior to arrival in Japan, Japanese time. ***Reservations close 21 days prior to arrival, and any changes or additional services after this date will incur an emergency handling fee. Requests for changes or additional services after the reservation deadline cannot be guaranteed.
- On departures on April 02, April 09 and May 14 in Superior Category, you will be accommodated in SHIRAKAWAGO instead of TAKAYAMA.
