Day 1

New York

Reception at JFK or LGA Airport and transfer to the hotel. Remainder of the day at leisure.

Day 2

New York

Tour of the Avenue of the Americas, Central Park, the Columbus Monument, Lincoln Center, the Dakota Building, the Cathedral of St. John the Divine, Harlem, Fifth Avenue with its famous museums (the Metropolitan and the Guggenheim), the house where Jacqueline Kennedy lived, as well as renowned commercial houses such as Louis Vuitton, Bergdorf Goodman, Tiffany, Gucci, Cartier, Saks 5th Ave., as well as St. Patrick's Cathedral and Rockefeller Center. Next, the New York Library, the Empire State Building, the Flatiron Building, Chelsea and the existentialist neighborhood of Greenwich Village, Soho, Little Italy, Chinatown, the Civic Center, Ground Zero (where the Twin Towers were located), Wall Street, and where we will conclude the tour at Battery Park, where you can enjoy a view of the Statue of Liberty. Rest of the day at leisure.

Day 3

New York - Philadelphia - Washington DC

Departure for Philadelphia, the city where thirteen colonies declared independence from England and formed the United States. City tour with brief photo stops, passing by Independence Hall, the Liberty Bell, City Hall, Benjamin Franklin Avenue, and the famous steps of the Museum of Art. Departure for Washington, D.C., where accommodations are available.

Day 4

Washington DC

Breakfast. Tour with brief photo stops, including the White House, the Capitol, the Lincoln Memorial, the Korean War Memorial, and the Vietnam War Memorial, and the Smithsonian Institution Museum complex. Visit Arlington Cemetery, where you will see the graves of the Kennedy brothers. Free afternoon. Overnight stay.

Day 5

Washington DC - Niagara Falls

Breakfast. Departure for Niagara Falls, passing through the states of Maryland and Pennsylvania, crossing the picturesque Appalachian Mountains. Brief rest stops. Depending on the season, we will take the Maid of the Mist boat ride* on this day or the following day. Overnight. *Subject to operation between approximately May and October. Passengers with the necessary documents to enter Canada will travel to the Falls on their own from the Canadian side, receiving prior information from the guide about what they can do there.

Lodging: Sheraton at the Falls - 300 3rd Street, Niagara Falls, NY (or similar)

Day 6

Niagara Falls - New York

Breakfast. Visit to the Niagara region on the American side, passing the Niagara Rapids, the whirlpool, the hydroelectric plants, and Lake Ontario. Continue to New York, crossing the beautiful Finger Lakes region in New York State. Brief rest stops. Arrival in New York City.

**Please note, at the end of the tour the return to New York can be by bus, van or train (Amtrak).

Day 7

New York

Free day.

Day 8

New York

At the scheduled time, transfer to JFK or LGA Airport. Check-out from the hotel must be by 11:00 AM.

  • Spanish-speaking tour guide throughout the program

• Tour start times may change. In the event of any changes, passengers will be notified of the new schedule;

• A visa is required for the United States;

• At the end of the tour, the return to New York can be by bus, van or train (Amtrak);

• In case of force majeure, a hotel of the same category may be used;

• The Maid of the Mist boat operates between May and October, the other months are replaced by the Cave of the Winds on Goat Island (American side).

Guests must pay at the hotel if they wish to have breakfast in New York.

** Flights scheduled to arrive between 22:00 PM and 06:00 AM increase by $21 per person.

Scheduled departure transfers between 22:00 PM and 06:00 AM increase by $21 per person.

*** Transfers to EWR increase p/pax $16 in DBL, $21 in TWN, $19 in TPL, $19 in CUAD, $40 in SGL and $16 in CHD per way.

CANCELLATION DEADLINES FOR THE EAST COAST, MINI CIRCUITS, AND WEST COAST:

31 days or more before departure: No penalties apply

30 – 0 days before departure: 100% of expenses

***In case of NO show, 100% penalty also applies

 

CIRCUITS / MINI-CIRCUITS: Circuits and/or Mini-circuits cannot be altered

based on REGULAR service, in addition there will be NO discount or deduction for any route that is NOT taken or used.

 

HOTELS ON THE CIRCUITS: If for some reason the indicated ones CANNOT be provided,

The local operator reserves the right to replace them with a similar one.

 

CHANGES: In case of increasing or decreasing the number of pax, changes in accommodation and/or hotels, arrival times and/or dates at hotels and/or airports, etc., after the date indicated on the final invoice, there will be an additional charge of USD 55,00 for each change.

 

NO SHOW: The charge will be equal to 100% of the total invoice

 

VISAS: All passengers must have the proper documents to enter the United States and Canada if necessary.

 

LUGGAGE: for TRANSFERS/CIRCUITS: On our Circuits and/or Transfers, 1 suitcase per pax and one *briefcase/carry-on bag* are allowed (*which are the pax's responsibility). PAX arriving with additional suitcases run the risk of not being able to fit them in the vehicle, and it will be the passenger's responsibility if this happens. If there is space on the bus/van, the charge will be USD 11 per suitcase (Transfers). On circuits, the charge will apply to each hotel in the program, but they will only be accepted IF we have space. Otherwise, pax must leave their extra luggage in a storage room. (Expenses are the pax's responsibility). Please inform your clients before the start of the trip to avoid inconveniences. **NOTE: "Carry on" or "executive suitcase"

It does NOT count as a carry-on bag, it will be counted as a regular suitcase.
