Day 2
Doha
Breakfast. We begin our visit to Doha. The Doha sightseeing tour highlights the contrasts between old and new in this exciting, rapidly growing city. We begin with a visit to the new National Museum of Qatar. Designed to be both immersive and experiential, visitors can find a rich environment to explore. Organized in three "chapters" spread over 1,5 km, visitors journey through an exciting combination of immersive environments and compelling narratives that will engage all the senses. We then continue our visit to the traditional part of Doha at the Souq Waqif Heritage Market: the Falcon Souq, the spice souk, a sensory delight with a wealth of cooking spices, herbs, rose petals, and incense; the textile souk; and the Gold Souk, the art galleries. We'll continue to Doha's newest landmarks, passing through the Corniche (photo stop), the West Bay district to admire the towers and skyscrapers: the Doha Tower, the Tornado Tower, and the government buildings. Finally, we'll visit the Katara Cultural Village (mosques, amphitheater, and sculptures) and the pearl of Qatar, Qanat Quartier, where Venetian charm blends with Arabian elegance. Return to the hotel and overnight stay.
Day 3
Doha
Breakfast at the hotel. We head south to Qatar with a stop at the Sealine Beach Resort. Professional 4X4 drivers will deflate your tires in preparation for the breathtaking dune bashing. Returning to the Desert Camp, located on the pristine beaches, you'll enjoy views of the sand dunes and the beach, where you can enjoy a swim, a game of beach volleyball, sandboarding, or relaxing on the beach enjoying the tranquility of the view. Meanwhile, our chef will prepare a BBQ lunch, which includes soft drinks and water. *The escort on this tour will be English-speaking. Upon completion, return to the hotel and overnight stay.
Day 4
Doha - Al Ula
Breakfast. Transfer to the airport for your flight to Al Ula (flight not included). Arrival in Al Ula and transfer. The Al Ula region and oasis are a true open-air museum surrounded by nature, with rock formations, canyons, and ravines that compete with the majestic treasures carved by its ancient inhabitants. Afterward, we will visit the Nabataean archaeological site of HEGRA (Madain Saleh), a UNESCO World Heritage Site, declared "The Other Petra," which will amaze us with its rock-cut tombs in a mysterious desert setting. Lunch is included. Afterward, we will have free time at the "Al-Ula Heritage Village," the former Al-Ula, magnificently restored with its pleasant restaurants and shops. We will also have time to stroll through the magnificent oasis. At dusk, we will visit Elephant Rock, "Jabal Al Fil," an impressive geomorphological phenomenon, a 52-meter-high elephant-shaped rock. Dinner and overnight stay.
Day 5
Al Ula - Medina
Breakfast. Departure for the interior of Arabia, to the holy city of Medina, "the luminous city," one of the two holiest cities in Islam, a destination visited by millions of pilgrims each year and forbidden to non-Muslims until very recently. Located in a holy place, respect for its inhabitants and beliefs and proper dress are required. In the afternoon, we will visit the Al Madinah Museum, which will give us a glimpse into the city's history. At dusk, we will explore the exterior of the Al Masjid, built by the prophet himself and where he is buried. In this space, we cannot help but be moved by the thousands of people who enter during prayer time. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 6
Medina - Jeddah
Breakfast. Visit of Medina. We will stroll around the immense Prophet's Mosque (Al Masjid an Nabawi), a stunning and luminous mosque with 10 minarets and a capacity for one million visitors. On Uhud Hill, an important pilgrimage site, the Prophet's forces clashed with the Meccan troops. You can walk around its immense esplanade and climb the hill, but remember to do so in silence and with respect. At the Quba Mosque, in 622, the Prophet and his followers laid the foundation stone of what would become the first mosque in history. From here, we will walk to the nearby garden and well of Ethiq, where the different local tribes came out to greet and give water to the Prophet and his companions, newly arrived in Medina after their persecution in Mecca. We will then have free time in the city center so you can stroll through its shopping areas. In the afternoon, we travel to Jeddah, on the shores of the Red Sea, the country's second largest city, with four million inhabitants. Before heading to the hotel, we'll visit the Al Rahma Mosque, better known as the floating mosque because it's built on the shores of the Red Sea with pillars above the water. We'll also enjoy the lively marina, very close to the Formula 1 racetrack. Transfer to the hotel. Overnight stay.
Day 7
Jeddah
Breakfast and accommodation at the hotel.
Full day in Jeddah. Today we will visit this city, which will surprise us with its contrasts. Highlights include the construction of the Jeddah Tower, which will be the tallest building in the world at over 300 meters high.
