CANCELLATION DEADLINES FOR THE EAST COAST, MINI CIRCUITS, AND WEST COAST:

31 days or more before departure: No penalties apply

30 – 0 days before departure: 100% of expenses

***In case of NO show, 100% penalty also applies

CIRCUITS / MINI-CIRCUITS: Circuits and/or Mini-circuits cannot be altered

based on REGULAR service, in addition there will be NO discount or deduction for any

route that is NOT taken or used.

HOTELS ON THE CIRCUITS: If for some reason the indicated ones CANNOT be provided,

CHANGES: In case of increasing or decreasing the number of pax, accommodation changes

and/or Hotels, arrival times and/or dates at hotels and/or airports etc., after the

date indicated on the final invoice, there will be an additional charge of USD 55,00 for each change.

NO SHOW: The charge will be equal to 100% of the total invoice

VISAS: All passengers must have the proper documents to enter the

United States and Canada if necessary.

LUGGAGE: for TRANSFERS/CIRCUITS: In our Circuits and/or Transfers it is allowed

with additional suitcases, they run the risk of not being able to fit them in the vehicle, and it will be
