Itineraries
Day 1
Monday Toronto
Upon arrival at Toronto Airport, reception and transfer to our centrally located hotel
(Supplement CAD$67 transfers between 11pm-6am). Accommodation.
Day 2
Tuesday Toronto – Niagara Falls (125 km)
Breakfast. Visit this city, Canada's largest and the capital of the province of Ontario: the financial center, the old and new City Hall, University Avenue with its major hospitals and traditional institutions, the Provincial Parliament, the University of Toronto, the distinguished Yorkville neighborhood, Chinatown, and the CN Tower.
Departure for Niagara-on-the-Lake. We'll stop to walk along Main Street.
We'll stop at Table Rock to admire these majestic and famous waterfalls, which will dazzle you with their cascading waters. Overnight stay.
Day 3
Wednesday Niagara – 1000 Islands – Ottawa (530 km)
Breakfast. Departure along the Trans-Canada Highway to Ottawa. En route, we'll pass through the 1000 Islands region, one of the most beautiful and romantic in the country. We'll take a one-hour boat tour (included) to admire these islands and their mansions and attractions at the source of the St. Lawrence River. Continue to the country's capital, Ottawa. Overnight stay.
Day 4
Thursday Ottawa – Quebec (445 km)
Breakfast. We continue our panoramic tour of the city, including the Cathedral, the residence of the Prime Minister, the Governor-General representing Queen Elizabeth II, and the Rideau Canal. From June 24th to August 22nd, we will attend the Changing of the Guard on Parliament Hill. Outside of this period, we will visit Parliament Hill on foot. We will cross the Ottawa River to reach the Province of Quebec and the Laurentian Mountains, full of lakes and mountains that are a paradise for outdoor activities. En route, we will visit the Chez Dany maple plantation, where maple honey is produced using traditional methods, and where we will have a typical lumberjack lunch (included). Once in Quebec City, we will begin the panoramic tour of the city, which, depending on weather, will conclude the following day. Overnight stay.
Day 5
Friday Quebec
Breakfast. Free day. We recommend two optional excursions (not included): Beaupré Coast (7 hours) or the Whale Watching Safari with lunch. Overnight stay.
Day 6
Saturday Quebec – Montreal (250 kms)
Breakfast. Departure for Montreal. Upon arrival, we will begin our tour of this vibrant city: the Olympic Stadium, St. Laurent Street, the Golden Mile neighborhood where the famous McGill University is located today, Mount Royal Park where Beaver Lake is located, and a stop at the Lovers' Lookout. En route to Old Montreal, we will see the Le Plateau Mont Royal neighborhood, Place d'Armes, where Notre Dame Basilica is located, Cartier Square, and Montreal City Hall. Overnight stay.
Day 7
Sunday Montreal - Calgary
Breakfast. Free time until departure to the airport (flight not included). Arrival transfer and document collection. Accommodation.
Day 8
Monday Calgary - Banff (125 kms)
Breakfast. We'll take an orientation tour of the city center. We'll visit Heritage Park (included) and head to Banff National Park. We'll visit Lake Minnewanka, Bow Falls, and hike Tunnel Mountain. Along the way, we may see some of the region's typical wildlife. Overnight stay.
Day 9
Tuesday Banff - Lake Louise – Banff (Approx. 200 km)
Breakfast. We'll start with the beautiful Moraine Lake (June to September).
We will continue towards Lake Louise, from where we will observe the Victoria Glacier.
On the way back, we'll stop at Emerald Lake, which will captivate us with its intense color.

Day 10
Wednesday Banff - Icefields - Jasper (295 km)
Breakfast. We'll visit Castle Mountain, Crowfoot Glacier, and Bow and Peyto Lakes (June to October). The road will take us to Jasper National Park. We'll reach the Athabasca Glacier in the Columbia Icefield, the largest ice field (325 km2) south of the Arctic Circle, where we'll enjoy a ride on the Ice Explorer (included). We'll continue to Jasper. Overnight stay.
Day 11
Thursday Jasper - Maligne Canyon – Kamloops (468 kms)
Breakfast. We'll begin the day heading to Maligne Canyon. En route, we'll see Pyramid and Patricia Lakes. We'll admire Mount Robson. We'll leave the high mountains behind for a prairie landscape, visiting Spahat Falls, until we reach our accommodation, a Western Canadian-style ranch. Dinner at the ranch is included.

Day 12
Friday Kamloops – Fort Langley – Vancouver (378 kms)
Breakfast. We continue our tour to Vancouver. We'll stop in the historic town of Fort Langley, the birthplace of British Columbia. We'll take an orientation tour of the city center. Overnight stay.
Day 13
Saturday Vancouver
Breakfast. Vancouver City Tour (Included). We'll visit the neighborhoods of Yaletown, Chinatown (the largest in Canada), Gastown (the oldest neighborhood in the city), and Stanley Park, where we'll stop to take photos of some authentic Indigenous totem poles.
We conclude our city tour on Granville Island. At the end of the tour, transfer* to the airport, and our services conclude. (*Please book a departure flight after 15:00 PM to enjoy the Vancouver City Tour.)

Special Car Rental Notes
The rental car includes taxes.
Optionally, you can request a package with a second driver and a return of the empty gas tank (with a supplement).
NOTES:
Minimum Age The driver must be at least 20 years old. A fee of $15 CAD per day applies to drivers between 20 and 24 years old.
Driver's License All drivers must possess a valid driver's license.
For licenses in a language other than English or French, an international driver's license is highly recommended, along with your home country's license.
Rental Period: The minimum rental period is 2 days. The maximum rental period is 62 days.
For longer rentals, a special request is available. A rental period consists of consecutive days or weeks. The customer must present a separate voucher for each period at each location. Rental periods are calculated on a 24-hour basis. If the customer returns the vehicle late, they will be subject to the applicable fees at that time.
Deposit (Credit Card) A credit card in the name of the main driver and a deposit of CAD $350 will be required depending on each reservation, to cover any extras that have not been prepaid and do not appear on the voucher, such as: sales tax, fuel, excess mileage, LDW, PAI.
The grace period for returning the vehicle is 29 minutes. After 30 minutes, you will be charged three-quarters of the daily rate. After 3 minutes, you will be charged for the full day.
One-Way Policies 1. One-way rentals are available upon request and between participating cities. Where rates are not listed, one-way service is not permitted.
From Calgary AB to Vancouver BC the penalty charge is from $100 CAD plus taxes.
2. One Way rentals are permitted for CCAR, ICAR, FCAR and MCAR groups.
Special or standard vehicles may only operate one-way services upon prior request.
3. One Way rentals to USA (Except Alaska) are not permitted.
4. The renter pays for services at destination.
5. The minimum rental period for One Way is 7 days.
6. One-way service is permitted between Vancouver/Edmonton and Vancouver/Calgary for ICAR, FCAR, and MVAR groups. There is a restricted period from May 1 to October 31.
Borders Travel is not permitted to Alaska, Yukon, Northern Territories, Nunavut, and Mexico.
Taxes Unless otherwise stated, rates include taxes except for extras payable at destination such as government fees or surcharges (Federal, Provincial, or city). GST (Goods and Services Tax): This tax is 7% and applies to all items on the rental agreement. This tax must be paid at the time of rental. PST (Provincial Sales Tax): In addition to GST, a provincial sales tax will be charged on the total charges. Taxes are legislated by the provincial governments and are subject to change. Alberta: 0% and British Columbia: varies from 7% to 10%. Provincial Car Rental Tax: An additional tax of CAD 1.50 per day applies to rentals in British Columbia. Fuel Conservation Tax: An additional tax of CAD 0.40 per day applies to rentals in Ontario. In British Columbia, there is a front glass fee on luxury vehicles. Mileage Unlimited mileage for all car categories (Hertz) or limited mileage (Avis/Budget) for the LUXURY, MINIVAN, and STANDARD SUV categories, which only include 200 km free per rental day. Approximately CAD$0.20 + tax per extra mile charged by the rental company to the driver upon return of the vehicle.
Liability Insurance Provides public and property damage insurance of CAD 1.000.000. SLI (Supplemental Liability Insurance) is not available.
Loss Damage Waiver (LDW) insurance is included, with coverage for damage caused by fire, theft, and vandalism. The passenger's deductible is approximately CAD$500.00 + taxes for damage to the vehicle, with or without fault. If applicable, the rental company will charge it directly to the driver's credit card.
Extras The driver is responsible for all additional costs such as parking, traffic violations during the rental, fuel, additional driver (from $13.5 each + taxes)
Baby seat, ski rack, etc.
Gasoline is not included and must be paid by the customer. Renters can return the vehicle with a full tank of gas or pay for a refill service.
159 Electronic Toll on Highways Renters who drive on highways with this system will have to pay usage charges plus an administrative charge.
